工作职责:
1 Gather and analyze a wide range of market data to identify emerging trends and potential customers by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
2 Manage product marketing programs, including writing and editing product-related content, advertising plans, and brochures, and attending sales meetings.
3 Plan and execute product-related offline marketing strategies such as conferences and exhibitions. Present products and related industry topics in talks, webinars, and other marketing channels.
4 Connect with key KOLs and collaborators to help drive brand and product awareness, while expanding industry influence.
5 Conduct thorough research about customer behavior and preferences, including interviewing, surveying, and focus groups, to analyze customer data that can enhance marketing initiatives.
6 Continuously monitor competitor activities and performance metrics to assess market positioning and identify competitive advantages. This involves analyzing their strategies, product offerings, and marketing efforts to inform our own strategic planning.
7 Create detailed reports and engaging presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders. This includes synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support organizational objectives.
8 Partner with product development teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. This collaboration involves sharing insights from market research and consumer behavior analysis to align marketing efforts with business goals.
9 Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, such as data visualization software and analytics platforms, to gather and analyze information. Stay informed about the latest industry developments and marketing trends, applying this knowledge to summarize key insights about industry growth and market dynamics.
任职资格:
1. Professional background in biology or medicine, with at least a PhD degree.
2. Have at least 3 years of work experience in product marketing, such as Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Product Solution Manager, etc;
3. Have good product understanding, demand analysis, market insight, and market planning skills;
4. Fluent in English and possesses good communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Strong document and PPT organization skills;
