工作职责:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services
• Cold call and email prospective clients to generate leads and book appointments
• Maintain a high level of activity by reaching out to a high volume of prospects daily
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly quotas and targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM software
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to identify new business opportunities
• Attend industry events and trade shows to generate new leads and build relationships
任职资格:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, biology or related discipline preferred
1+ year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service required
Outstanding organizational skills with the utmost attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
Innovative problem solver, results minded and solution focused
Effective team player with the ability to work independently
Highly organized and able to efficiently multitask
Passion to positively promote and drive success on company initiatives
As an international company, we require English as an asset. Ideally as well of German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
