工作职责:
主要负责欧洲团队的HR和行政工作。根据公司发展战略、经营计划,结合公司人力资源整体制度流程,支持欧洲团队进行组织架构搭建,培训,绩效考核,人才发展及基础人员关系管理,执行并不断完善欧洲团队的HR和行政管理制度,协助leader进行团队文化打造,增强凝聚力;并落地员工福利等。每个季度出差欧洲1次。
Mainly responsible for HR and Admin related work of the EURO team. According to the business strategy and operation plan, aligned with corporate HR policy and process, support the EURO team to build team structure, training, performance assessment, incentive and general employee management, implement and constantly improve the HR and Admin management system of EURO team, to assist the leader to build team culture and enhance cohesion; And landing employee benefits.
Travel to Europe once a quarter.

1、 根据公司发展战略及业务团队规划,结合公司HR制度流程,快速帮助业务部门搭建架构,招聘到行业/专业领域优秀人才;
2、 对于专业/高端人才,可以开展更专业的定点挖掘,或mapping以达到高效完成招聘任务,解决招聘痛点问题,完善业务部门人才储备库,协助参与校园招聘及针对公司业务及人才需求建设。
3、 结合公司人力资源整体制度流程,支持欧洲团队进行团队架构搭建,培训,绩效考核,人才发展及基础人员关系管理工作。
4、 使用HR管理工具,定期对欧洲团队进行组织诊断及分析,针对欧洲团队痛点,协助leader进行问题解决方案设计并助力业务团队执行。
5、 参考公司人力资源及行政制度政策体系流程,执行并不断完善欧洲团队的HR和行政管理制度,协助leader进行团队文化打造,增强凝聚力;并落地员工福利等。
6、 完成领导交办的其它事务。
Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the development strategy and business team planning, combined with the corporate HR policy and process, support the EURO to build up the team and recruit outstanding talents in the industry/professional field;
2. For professional/senior/C-level talents, professional mapping or attraction can be carried out to efficiently complete the recruitment task, solve the recruitment pain points, improve the talent pool of the EURO team, assist in campus recruitment and the construction of the talent needs.
3. Align with the corporate HR policy, process and system to support EURO team to carry out the HR tasks including talent acquisition, training, performance appraisal, talent development and basic employee management.
4. Applying HR management tools to regularly analyze the EURO team, to assist leaders in designing problem solutions and implementing in team according to the pain points analyzed.
5. Referring to the corporate HR and Admin policy and process, to implement and constantly improve the HR and administrative management system of the EURO team, assist the leader in building team culture and enhance cohesion; And landing employee benefits.

任职资格:
1.知识Knowledge:(学历Education/专业Major/资格证书Certification):
本科以上学历,生物技术,化工,医药相关专业者优先
英语开展工作
2.经验Experience(专业性Professional、项目Project/流程Process、领导力Leadership):
有支持海外团队经验者优先。具备5年以上大中型企业人力资源人力资源HRBP相关工作经验。
3.通用能力General Competence:
具有优秀的学习能力、自我激励和开创精神、高效沟通协调能力。
有创新意识, 有一定承压能力,团队合作精神
4.专业能力Professional Competence:
熟悉生物医药行业,了解行业内公司人才分布,熟悉招聘及面试技巧,了解并熟练支持业务执行HR相关模块的落地工作,并具备一定的组织诊断和问题解决能力。
1. Knowledge: (Education/ Major/ Certification) :
Bachelor degree or above, biotechnology, chemical, pharmaceutical related major is preferred. Work in English
2. Experience (Professional/Project/ Process, Leadership) :
Experience in supporting overseas teams is preferred.
More than 3 years HRBP experience in supporting overseas teams is preferred. At least 5 years HRBP related working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises.
3. General Competence:
With excellent learning ability, strong self-motivation and pioneering spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills.
