工作职责:
1.Conduct customer analysis and sorting based on the application of product lines, analyze potential sales opportunities from a technical perspective, track the progress of key customer projects, develop sales strategies, and collaborate on sales implementation;
2.Participate in exhibitions, conduct market research, timely grasp market information, industry information, and competitor development trends;
3.Customer visit/communication/maintenance, product presentation and promotion, exploring customer needs, and addressing customer pain points in conjunction with Acro's business
4.Collect and pass on customer suggestions for new product development and existing product improvements, assist in creating product manuals and sales training
任职资格:
1. Major in cell biology or related fields, with a master's degree or above; PHD are preferred.
2. Familiar with the basic theories and cutting-edge directions of molecular cell biology, as well as the current status and future trends of drug research ;
3. At least two years of experience in research and development or pre-sales technical support in the field of life sciences;
4. Good at communication skill, with strong customer service awareness and teamwork spirit;
5. Possess strong global thinking, analysis, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
