工作职责：

1. Strategic Operational Planning:
o Develop and implement strategies to expand operational capabilities and support business growth.
o Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
2. Process Optimization and Improvement:
o Analyze existing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
3. Project Management:
o Lead cross-functional teams in executing expansion projects.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Resource Allocation and Management:
o Optimize resource allocation to meet operational demands and support growth initiatives.
o Manage budgets and oversee expenditures related to operational expansion.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Sales, and Product teams, to ensure cohesive growth strategies.
o Mentor and develop team members to build operational capabilities.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
o Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the success of operational initiatives.
o Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on operational performance and expansion progress.

• Extensive experience in operations management, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
