工作职责:
1、 根据集团业务发展策略以及人才培养策略,负责人才发展体系的完善、优化、落地,包括能力模型、人才盘点、人才发展、人才定转晋降、干部管理及继任计划等;
2、 理解业务策略,系统性诊断组织人才,从人才发展的专业维度制定TD的策略和解决方案;
3、 紧贴业务,负责高潜人才发展项目的设计、落地、追踪、效果评估及反馈改进;
4、 搭建并持续维护E-HR 人才发展模块,并为组织提供相应的培训宣贯。
5、 业务/HR部门内日常需要协同支持的工作。
1. Responsible for the optimization and implementation of TD function according to ACRO’s business development strategy and talent strategy, including competence model, talent review and calibration, talent development (IDP), leader review and management, succession plan.
2. Understand business strategies, systematically diagnose talent, and formulate TD strategies and solutions from the professional dimension of TD.
3. business oriented, independently responsible for high potential development projects, including design, implementation, tracking, evaluation and feedback.
4. Build up and maintain E-HR TD function, and provide sufficient TD relevant training for the organization.
5. Daily collaboration in the business /HR department.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,10年以上工作经验,6年以上人才发展或相关经验,熟练掌握专业方法论和工具;有知名公司TD相关经验优先;
2. 熟练掌握人才发展全流程,熟练掌握评估、盘点等各项人才发展工具,且具备丰富的人才识别、人才培养项目设计与实操经验。
3. 英语听说读写熟练。
4. 具备复杂项目的管理运营能力,有较强的问题分析及良好的沟通能力,团队合作意识强;
5. 具备优秀的框架性、体系化的思考能力;
6. 学习能力强,持续改进,能够快速适应快节奏的工作氛围、灵活应对多变的业务环境;有闭环思维,能够快速响应且高质量交付;
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience, more than 6 years of TD or related experience, proficient in professional methodology and tools; Experience in well-known company TD is preferred;
2. Proficient in the whole process of TD, proficient in various TD tools, and have rich experience in talent identification, talent training project design and practical operation.
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Manage and operate complex projects, have strong problem analysis and good communication skills, and have a strong sense of teamwork.
5. Have excellent framing and systematic thinking ability.
6. Strong learning ability, continuous improvement, able to quickly adapt to fast-paced working atmosphere, flexible response to changing business environment; Closed-loop thinking, quick response and high-quality delivery.
