工作职责：

负责集团法务合规风控管理等工作，包括合规&风控体系建设及管理、关联交易管理、综合事务等；向集团及分子公司提供全面合规意见，保障集团依法经营，维护集团合法权益；
Responsible for the group's legal & compliance & risk management, including the construction and management of legal & compliance & risk control system, related transaction management, comprehensive affairs, etc.; while providing comprehensive compliance advice to the Group and affiliated companies to ensure the group's operation in accordance with the law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the group.

2. 负责集团境内及跨境业务提供法律支持工作。
Responsible for providing legal support for the Group's domestic and overseas business.

3. 负责搭建集团内审制度；并制定年度和季度内审计划和实施方案。
Responsible for setting up the internal audit system of the Group; and making annual and quarterly internal audit plan and implementation plan.

4. 定期对流程运行效率和执行情况进行监控、评估和分析，提出流程优化策略和建议，保障业务流程有效执行;
Responsible for regular supervision, evaluation and analysis of the operation efficiency and precise execution, proposing process optimization strategies and suggestions to ensure an effective execution.

5. 识别公司运营中的风险点，进行风险评级，形成风险清单，并制定风险应对措施;
Identify risk points in the Group's operation to generate organizational risk response measures and corresponding risk lists through risk rating.

6. 负责对审计过程中发现的问题提出整改、管理建议； 结合公司实际情况，协助督促各部门改善;
Responsible for bringing up rectification and management suggestions for problems identified in audit process; and, monitoring the improvement of departments according to the real situation.

7. 完善集团的法律风险管理体系，并提出建设性意见。
Improving the legal risk management of the group and putting forward constructive suggestions.

8. 把控集团境内境外业务的法律风险，并制定相应解决方案，确保业务的合规性。
Monitoring legal risks of the group's domestic and overseas business and brining up corresponding solutions to ensure business compliance.

任职资格：

知识 Knowledge：（学历 Education/专业 Major/资格证书 Certification）：
硕士及以上学历，法学/法律、审计、财务管理相关专业
- Master degree or above；Law, Auditing，Financial Management or related.
2. 经验 Experience（专业性 Professional、项目 Project/流程 Process、领导力
Leadership）：
擅长集团管控、合规管理、风控管理，精通所涉国内外的法规政策；熟悉 A 股上市公司内控要求
相关法律法规；熟悉生物医药行业现状及发展趋势。
15 年以上相关工作经验 - 8 年以上团队管理经验 - 对合规管理、风控管理具有丰富的实践经验。
- Proficiency in group management and control, compliance management, risk control
management, and relevant domestic and foreign laws and policies; Familiar with laws and regulations related to internal control requirements of A-share listed companies; Familiar with current situation and trend of biotech industry.
- More than 15 years of relevant work experience - more than 8 years of team
management experience - rich practical experience in compliance management and risk
control management.
