全职高级物流专员，负责德国供应链中心的日常运营管理及和全球其他供应链中心的沟通协作。德国仓储物流中心的业务流程建立，进出口相关的政策和法律法规的调研及人员管理；物料耗材及产品等的进出口清关及物流状态跟进处理；物料耗材及产品验收入库，在库管理，盘点，出库及包装寄送等事宜。最大程度发挥欧盟供应链中心的枢纽职能，助力欧洲业务的快速拓展。
Full-time Senior Logistics Specialist, responsible for the daily operational management of the German Supply Chain Center and for coordinating with other global supply chain centers. Establishing business processes for the German warehousing and logistics center; researching import/export policies and regulations; and managing team; handling customs clearance and tracking the logistics status of materials, consumables, and products; overseeing the receipt, warehousing, inventory management, stocktaking, and outbound shipping of materials, consumables, and products. Maximize the hub function of the EU supply chain center to support the rapid expansion of European operations.

1. 负责德国供应链中心的人员管理及业务流程建立优化；
2. 负责公司新产品业务在欧洲所有国家进出口相关的政策和法律法规的调研；
3. 负责库房物料耗材及产品设备的进出口清关事宜处理；
4. 负责库房物料耗材及产品设备的验收入库，在库管理，盘点及出库打包寄送；
5. 负责库房包裹的运输状态查询跟踪及及时沟通处理；
6. 负责销售和市场相关客户礼品及物品的寄送；
7. 负责必要仓储物流相关耗材用品的采购；
8. 负责库房设备设施的日常维护管理；
9. 负责和全球其他供应链中心的密切沟通协作；
10. Lead及参与公司级及部门级的项目及流程优化；
11. 协助处理部门内其他相关工作。

1. Oversee team management and the establishment and optimization of business processes at the German Supply Chain Center;
2. Conduct research on import and export policies and regulations across all European countries regarding the company’s new product business;
3. Handle import and export customs clearance procedures for warehouse materials, consumables, and product equipment;
4. Responsible for the inspection, receipt, and storage of warehouse materials, consumables, products, and equipment, as well as inventory management, stock taking, and the packing and shipping of outbound shipments;
5. Responsible for tracking the shipping status of warehouse packages and communicating and resolving issues in a timely manner;
6. Responsible for shipping client gifts and items related to sales and marketing;
7. Responsible for the procurement of necessary warehouse and logistics-related consumables and supplies;
8. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of warehouse equipment and facilities;
9. Responsible for close communication and collaboration with other global supply chain centers;
10. Lead and participate in company-wide and department-level projects and process optimization;
11. Assist with other relevant tasks within the department.

有供应链，仓储物流及国际贸易进出口等相关工作经验

有客户服务及全局意识，较强沟通能力及团队协作能力
有责任感，积极主动，乐于承担，敏捷应变
善于发现问题并解决问题，勇于创新
能够耐心细致的处理所有工作

4.专业能力Professional Competence：
德语熟练沟通可以作为工作语言，可以使用英语或者中文熟练沟通
掌握EXCEL基本数据处理技能
有生物学背景或者工作经验优先

Qualification (Knowledge/Experience/Competition)

Bachelor degree or above

Experience in supply chain, warehousing and logistics, international trade and import/export.

Able to handle all tasks with patience and carefulness

4. Professional Competence:
Proficient communication in English/Chinese and German, can be used as working language
Basic data processing skills in EXCEL
