工作职责:

As the head of global marketing, this position is responsible for defining and leading the company’s worldwide marketing strategy and brand vision. The core mission is to drive Acrobiosystems’ leadership in the global life science tools market by integrating marketing resources across all regions and business lines. The role is accountable for advancing the global brand upgrade, generating demand, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring the company’s end-to-end solutions—from discovery to clinical phases—are widely recognized and adopted by biopharmaceutical customers worldwide.
1.Global Strategy & Brand Leadership​
Develop Global Brand Strategy:​ Lead the definition of the company’s global brand positioning, narrative, and long-term vision, ensuring alignment with the strategic goal of becoming a “cornerstone enterprise from discovery to clinical.” Provide strategic direction and approve localized execution plans for regional teams.
Global Market Expansion:​ Evaluate and prioritize market entry and expansion opportunities worldwide (including emerging markets), developing corresponding market-entry and growth plans.
Portfolio Marketing Strategy:​ Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for core product lines (e.g., recombinant proteins, antibodies, GMP-grade reagents, analytical services) and solutions (e.g., Cell & Gene Therapies, ADCs, immuno-oncology) on a global scale, ensuring resources are focused on high-growth therapeutic areas and clinical workflows.
2.KOL & Ecosystem Building
Strategic Relationship Management:​ Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with global Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key media outlets, industry associations, government bodies, and strategic potential clients. The objective is to build a favorable market ecosystem and a robust public relations network that advocates for the company’s scientific authority and solution capabilities.
Co-Marketing Collaboration:​ Design and lead strategic co-marketing initiatives with global partners, including KOLs, CROs, academic institutions, and industry consortia. Align joint campaigns to amplify brand reach, validate product value, and accelerate customer adoption through shared content, events, and digital channels.
Global Industry Presence:​ Represent the company as a thought leader at premier global industry summits, key scientific congresses, and academic forums. This active participation is aimed at significantly enhancing the company’s influence, credibility, and brand presence on the international stage.

3.Global Team Building & Organizational Development​
Lead the Global Marketing Organization:​ Directly manage marketing leaders across all regions and functions (Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations), building a high-performing, collaborative global matrix team.
Talent & Capability Development:​ Be responsible for building capabilities, developing talent, and implementing succession planning within the global marketing organization, cultivating future leaders with both scientific depth and business acumen.
Cross-Functional Leadership:​ Serve as the primary representative for Marketing in senior leadership, collaborating closely with global R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Business Development heads to ensure company strategy, product roadmaps, and market insights are fully aligned.
4.Global Demand Generation & Revenue Accountability​
Oversee Global Campaigns:​ Set global targets for demand generation and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and oversee the execution of regional and channel-specific marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing ROI.
Drive Sales Pipeline Acceleration:​ Assume ultimate accountability for the quantity and quality of the global sales pipeline. Optimize the entire funnel from awareness to revenue conversion (MQL-to-SQL-to-Revenue) and partner with global sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives effectively drive revenue growth.
Strategic Key Account Marketing:​ Lead enterprise-level Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting top global pharmaceutical and biotech companies to deepen strategic partnerships.
4. Operational Excellence & Performance Management​
Budget & Resource Management:​ Be responsible for developing and managing the global marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources worldwide.
Process & Systems Optimization:​ Drive the standardization and optimization of the global marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms), establishing unified KPIs and a data-driven insights framework to support decision-making.
Website Operations & Digital Experience Management:​ Own end-to-end website operations, including content management, UX/UI optimization, SEO/SEM performance tracking, and conversion rate optimization. Ensure the corporate website serves as a high-performing digital hub that aligns with global marketing objectives and delivers a seamless user experience across regions and devices.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:​ Regularly report to senior leadership on global marketing performance, market trends, competitive dynamics, and the progress of strategic initiatives.


任职资格:

1. Experience:​ 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in life sciences, biopharma, or related high-tech B2B industries, with at least 8 years in a global or multi-regional marketing leadership role. Proven experience successfully managing large, complex matrix teams in a multinational corporation.
2. Industry Expertise:​ Deep understanding of global biopharmaceutical R&D, CMC processes, and the drug development lifecycle. Familiarity with recombinant proteins, antibody engineering, cell & gene therapy, ADCs, and other cutting-edge fields is highly preferred.
3. Proven Track Record:​ Demonstrable record of outstanding achievements, including: successfully leading company-wide rebranding or market repositioning initiatives; significantly increasing global brand awareness and market share; consistently driving substantial revenue growth and sales pipeline expansion through marketing efforts.
4. Education:​ Master’s or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
5. Core Competencies:​ Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen; strong global leadership and cross-cultural management skills; expertise in digital marketing transformation and marketing technology; outstanding communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills; results-oriented with a proven ability to drive change in complex environments.
