工作职责:
负责招聘COE模块的雇主品牌及招聘的工作,对公司整体的雇主品牌打造,招聘效能达成,以及人才渠道的良性搭建负责。
Responsible for the employer branding and recruitment work within the TA COE module, overseeing the overall employer brand building, achievement of recruitment efficiency, and the healthy establishment of talent channels for the company.
•渠道与供应商管理:主导招聘渠道(猎头、招聘网站、内外部推荐等)的策略合作、管理与评估体系,审核相关合同与预算,优化渠道组合以提升招聘效率与成本效益,保招聘效能达标
Channel and Supplier Management: Lead the strategic collaboration, management, and evaluation system of recruitment channels (including headhunters, job boards, internal and external referrals, etc.), review related contracts and budgets, optimize channel portfolios to enhance recruitment efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and ensure recruitment performance meets the set standards.
•统筹公司雇主品牌在微信、领英、内刊等平台的整体传播策略与内容规划以及组织其他雇主品牌线上线下活动;
Oversee the overall communication strategy and content planning for the company's employer brand across platforms such as WeChat, LinkedIn, internal publications, etc., and organize other online and offline employer branding activities.
•负责管理校招相关宣传渠道投放;支持双线会、人才招聘日、校园宣讲等招聘活动的落地执行
Responsible for the management of campus hiring promotion channels; Responsible for the management of recruitment activities such as Job Fair, Campus Talk, etc.
负责公司管培生的招募,落地管培生培养培训计划
Responsible for Management trainee’s recruiting and training plan
•负责收集并分析招聘COE 模块招聘相关数据,持续优化招聘模块工作流程及工具
•Collect and analyze Recruiting data, and continue to optimize Recruiting channels, working process and tools;
•负责招聘相关合同管理和付款流程
Responsible for TA COE function contract management and payment process
•完成领导交办的其他工作任务

任职资格:
1.知识Knowledge:(学历Education/专业Major/资格证书Certification):
本科以上学历
Bachelor degree above
2.经验Experience(专业性Professional、项目Project/流程Process、领导力Leadership):
3-5年人力资源相关工作经验,其中至少2年招聘项目或关键招聘项目经验。具有成功的雇主品牌建设、校园招聘或招聘渠道优化等项目经验。
3-5 years of working experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment projects or key recruitment initiatives. Demonstrated successful project experience in employer branding, campus recruitment, or recruitment channel optimization.
3.通用能力General Competence:
具有优秀的学习能力、强烈的自我激励和开创精神、出色的沟通协调能力。
有创新意识,在具备系统性思维和专业的同时,可根据公司特点进行敏捷变革。
